When a customer goes to checkout and is transfered to the Internet Secure site to enter their credit card information but then decides to cancel, zen cart still sends me and my customer an email stating that the transaction has been complete. Only way for me to know if they actually bought the item is to go into my Internet Secure panel and see if they were charged.
Is there anything I can do that will have zen cart send the confirmation email out only AFTER they have finished putting their credit card info into the 3rd party merchant form (Internet Secure)?
I just don't want my customers getting order confirmations for orders they didn't complete.
