Can anyone go through the checkout process on my website. I am getting a lot of emails saying they are getting an error message and cant complete the process -- but when i do it, it works fine.

You should update your template stylesheet as it is missing a class for the hidden field on create account ...
Try create account and you will see it on the State where you cannot put your cursor ... that should be hidden but you are missing the class for this ...
I cannot checkout without doing a complete PayPal order and your shipping is too high for me to just play today ... but I did get to checkout_confirmation ...
I did not attempt google checkout as that is another animal that is not core Zen Cart v1.3.7 ...

How do you update just the template style sheet. I would'nt even know where to begin.
I removed google checkout. Way to many issues there.
In your templates stylesheet you are probably missing:
You can check the /includes/templates/template_default/css/stylesheet.css for a comparison ....hiddenField {
display: none;
}
.visibleField {
display: inline;
}
Be sure that you are adding this to the stylesheet for your templates and overrides ...

Nothing I do is working.
I just got this email this morning.
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica] I'm having an issue while using your site. I'm getting the following
error message when at checkout.
"We were not able to process your order. Please try again, select an
alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance.
(Missing Parameter)"
I filled out all your required info and have an active paypal account.
Please advise

1. ensure the most recent patch is installed:

It seems you are not patched up-to-date, because the error message reported should have an error number associated with it if it were currently.
2. enable debug logging:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61199
3. do a test transaction and post a zip of the corresponding log files.
If a customer reports an error, post the related log files as well, or all the logs from that date and indicate the customer's name so their activity can be correlated.
The log is required in order to identify which "missing parameter" they're talking about.
