Ask A Question Module

Hello, Im a newbie and need some help with this mod. I downloaded the "Ask A Question" module and was woundering if someone could explane how to install it? I have the 1.3.7 ZenCart running.

OK...I am not sure, what kind of help you exactly need, but I will try to explain step by step and excuse me if I explain the obvious...

1. BACKUP, BACKUP, BACKUP
2. Download the latest version from the download section.
3. Unpack/Open the files
4. In order to install you will need an FTP e.g. Filezilla is ok and free
5. The unpacked folder is called ASK, when you click on it you will see another folder called INCLUDES and some files like cleanup.sql and README, open README, there you will fid the instruction what to do...

Sorry, but I dont know how much you know about installing mods or else, can you may describe where exactly is your problem to install the mod?
