Invoices and Tax

I'm haveing problems with tax (vat showing on the invoices incorectly)

E.g. Price inc and Price Ex are both the same. Price shows correctly on products in shop, but somewhere along the line the price seems to move to Ex VAT and that is what is now showing on the invoices ????

any Ideas

had show vat for admin in my store to false
