Cross-Sell Advanced problems

I have installed the Cross-Sell Advanced in Zen cart 1.3.7 but don’t work.
The message in the screen it’s
“Sorry, your security clearance does not allow you to access this resource.
Please contact your site administrator if you believe this to be incorrect.
Sorry for any inconvenience. “
If I change the permissions this message it’s in the screen.
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I install in adder shop for experiences and works fine.
Watt I se it’s in the mi SQL in the test shop have the prefix zen_ tem install “zen_products_xsell” and in my real shop I don’t have de prefix the files hare install without ZEN_ (products_xsell).
I don’t now if is this the problem or not but I need this module it’s one of moor importants for me.
Can any body help me ?

As you state that in you see the prefix zen_ and that you also see other do not have the prefix, I assume that you are viewing this via phpmyadmin....

By selecting the table when there you can rename it without the prefix
