    Default Uploading Images...HELP!!!

I have looked all through my manual and all through this support site and I can't seem to find anything to address the issue I'm having.

I've had my ZenCart for about a year and three months now and everything was humming along smoothly ( site is www.onebadsuperbird.com ) until last night when I attempted to add two new videos. Each video had one accimpanying image file of 20 kb or less and within the 100 lines wide parameters. The image moaded just fine for the first video but I have now spent over five hours trying to load the image for the second video.

I even tried uploading different pictures and also making a whole new sample listing with a completely different image. The nearest I can tell is that I am out of space? Could this be? I have about 100 images uploaded now with all of them being less than 20 kb each and most of em right at about 5 kb. Could I really be out of space? How much space do you get with ZenCart?

I'm sorry if this info is listed somewhere but I can't seem to find it and this has all given me a hellacious headache! Thanks for y'all's help!!!

Well, you may be out of space on your server.

Login to cpanel. the first page of cpanel should tell you if you have room.

I don't think that zen cart limits you in anyway, but your hosting account may need to be upgraded for more hard drive space.

    Thanks for the reply!

Not to sound stupid or anything but how do I log in to cpanel? I logged in to my ZenCart E-Store admin but don't see anything that looks like it has the info I need.

Zen-Cart is just a program, your cpanel is on the hosting service that you have. In other words the people that you pay (or don't) to store zen-cart and run the program (well sort of). It could be your ISP or one of a million hosting services out there.

OK then I will call my server host in the morning and ask what the deal is and how much space I have and how to go about getting more space.

I guess this brings up my next question. What's the going rate for webspace?

I don't think that there really is a going rate you can get it from free all the way up, just depends on how much space you need and what kind of features you want. Definitely look for one that supports zen-cart. The one that they advertise along with zen-cart is sashbox.com or .net I have checked them out and they seem pretty reasonable.
