Urgent! Customer Sees Someone Elses Order

Hello,

I've had this problem before, only last time I was in 1.26, and now this cart is 1.37.

I have a customer, who's billing address (right side of invoice area) is showing up different than the left side customer address. The customer is not customer at all, but the person who's on the right side is the actual customer. When she logs into her profile, she sees the past orders of the customer listed on the left side along with that customers name and address. She is not seeing hers, nor can download hers.

Cache is stored in files

I could change to database, but do not know where to do this at.

Either or, I had posted about this problem when in 1.26, the problem did seem to disappear for awhile, but now the problem is starting again in 1.37.

Since customers don't enjoy seeing any info but there own, I really need to find a fix for this as soon as possible.

Also: the customer shown on left side also has another order with a different customer on right side, so 1 customer has what I'd say are 2 shipping addresses, but definitely paid with 2 different paypal accounts. The left side customer name is obviously wrong again when the right side customer should be the actual customer.

NOTE: be sure never to post on forums, emails, newsgroups etc. the zenid in the URL ...

How would I know if it does or doesn't, is there special server requirements for that?

Set it to True and open a clean browser, clear the cache and cookies ...

Add things to cart ...

Go create an account ...

Are things still in your cart or do they vanish after you create the account?

Actually, thought of what you noted last week when I was having this problem, but the end result was that I still saw her name on the other customers accounts, two of them, so what I did was install the edit customer account that allow us to edit the orders and I fixed them that way. I then sent her a coupon so she could download her order, since it wouldn't let the download still show up. This was the only way I could think to get around the issue.

I have run into this multiple times. Is there a way to direct customers to a specifice item in an email or on a forum?

I have run into times where I want customers to go directly to an item but it is causing me major problems.

yes you can send someone to a specific item just make sure that the URL dosnt have the zenid=hgyh;ghsghtghsfdhsshgfhns;h;reh
