Footer Text Size & Home Page Hoover Color

I would like to enlarge the size of the text in the footer. I don't see any reference to this in stylesheet?

I would like to change the hoover color of the Home button in the header and the bar and the bar at the bottom of page just above the footer. I don't want to change any of my hoover colors in my side boxes though. They are just the way I want them. Anyone know how?

there are two divs you may need to play with, #siteinfoIP and #siteinfoLegal.

If you want everything to be bigger, then you need to add something like

#siteinfoIP, #siteinfoLegal {
font-size: 1.5em;
}

mind you 1.5 is probably bigger than you want, adjust accordingly.
