CAPTCHA Anti-Robot Registration module

Hello, I installed this module on my test server and everything installed great! I installed the SQL file and there is a selection in the Admin->Configuration->CAPTCHA Validation. Everything is set to true. I then go to my website and I see no valadation box or nothing that has to do with the numbers to verify its a human ect.? Any ideas.....

I also have the same problem. but I think mine is more wrost, after click the CAPTCHA with the Admin>Configuration, the screen list only Title/Value and Action with nothing beneath.
