Please excuse last post. It looks like the problem is a conflict with the SEO Rewrite mod, though I don't fully understand why. But when I disable it everything seems to work.

Just so you understand, each SSL will require its own dedicated IP. Then just set the proper define within each stores config file.

You may need to move the include_once from the top of your configure.php to the bottom so you can override the HTTPS_SERVER define. Otherwise because the config_sites load first the define in the configure.php is re-defining it.

Well, I do remember seeing the post about having individual IPs, but nonetheless it still seems to be working with the domains pointed to a single IP and the GoDaddy multi-domain SSL.

Although when I get to the point where I press the button to purchase I'm getting a 1065 error for some reason now. I wasn't thinking that was related to the SSL though.

I tried to follow the directions to the letter; my include_once is at the top where it is supposed to be. However, I installed this initially on top of an installation that was already heavily modded, so I'm discovering some quirks here and there.

An update, though doubtful anyone is concerned, everything is working 100%. Having additional IPs appears to be unnecessary.

BTW, much gratitude is due for this great mod.

I ' ve installed the multisite module some weeks ago and looks fine but i just got this problem now.

I ve two questions:
-1st
site 1 with temp 1
site 2 with temp 2

selected temp1 in admin
i change the content of the page with define page editor and what i see is that i change temp 2 as well. Why?

I ve triple check everything . Any suggestions?

How can i see from which website the customer made the order?

Do you have individual files on languages for each site?

The order will come the the name of the store.

1)Where can i see the store of the order ?.... in the admin?
Could you please write 2 lines more ?

2)I think I miss a lot of files because how I see:

selected temp1 i change the store name of temp2 as well...
or maybe this has to be changed with commands DEFINE with multisite tool?

OK, I haven't been able to find an answer to this question yet, though others have posted concerns: How do I stop Google from indexing products that I don't actively have for sale on my different stores?

Ok... I've done my due dilligence on combing the forum... all 108+ pages of it... and I can't find this one...

Several people mention that using a Dedicated Server instead of a shared hosting account is not only doable, but is easier... but I can't figure out how to go about it. I'm very new to Dedicated Servers, so maybe there is something incredibly obvious I'm missing...

How do I get two domains pointing to the same folder?

It seems like with Plesk on a Dedicated Server, it has destination folders specific to each domain. I can't find any way to have two domains working in the same folder with the same database. Again, maybe I'm missing something incredibly obvious... but I can't figure it out.
