Woops. This is what happened. Since last December, my store has been the victem of hack attempts. The last one, over a month ago, wiped out pretty much everything. The lady working on my site was able to recover my storefront from a backup or something. But something happened with my Admin (someone here suggested a config file was messed up, I'll have Sonya look when she comes back) and I can't login. So I've been slowly trying to rebuild my store yet again by reloading everything by hand and usingf what I can from the online view. But all my neat customization that I paid a ton for is gone. Well, no use crying, right? So, today I get an order. No record, no notification. Well, my web lady said she disabled the checkout in the old store, but lo and behold, it works alright! The order came from the old store guys. I'm really sorry to have bothered you with this, but thanks for offering suggestions.
I had worked on this quite a bit guys and I have to say her store was lost...The hack to her site was so horrible I had to reinstall and start her from scratch. I just saw this post and wanted to say thank you all for trying to help her.
