Hello I have been trying to get past the system set up when installin ZenCart. I checked with my hosting company to make sure all of my addresses were correct. I keep getting a Service Temporarily Unavailable error. Is the system down? I have no clue what to do. I am struggling to learn html and get this site up and running and it's been two days of the same error.

hhhmmm ... your host seems to be using a very non-standard set up and the program is not detecting the virtual HTTP or HTTPS paths. May I suggest a switch to a Zen Cart friendly host?

My host reccomended we use you. Is Dreamhost not good? They are part of their "one click" installs.

Or rather ZenCart is offered as part of Dreamhost's "One Click" Installs. They said to use ZenCart.

Dreamhost is a typical large hosting company, with various unique configuration settings not consistent with majority of hosting company configurations.
1. I'm not sure what's different about their configuration setup for Mac hosting.
2. If you're using a 1-click install provided by Dreamhost, then you need to talk to them for technical support and the right options to choose.
3. What is Dreamhost Tech Support saying about your "Service Temporarily Unavailable" error?
Is there any information in your server errorlog?
Is there an error code "number" associated with the message?.

I am getting a 503 Service Teporarily Unavailable. The Dreamhost support staff gave me the following settings:
Physical Path

Virtual HTTPS Path
https://www.standard-biodiesel.com
Enable SSL
NO
Enable SSL in Admin Area
NO
Is this correct? By the way I am using a mac - I don't know what they are using.

Okay so I went to my account to see my server errorlog and the first page which came up was some kind of automated one click install - before they said I had to download your program and unpack it, then install it from a ftp program. I deleted all files and am using their automated system. I swear it wasn't there before, and it was never there when I logged into my account as a default page before... Strange. Thanks for your help, we'll see where this takes me.
