    Default SSL Certificate

I finally got Zen Cart installed and configured, and I got my SSL certificate installed to the server. I also enabled the use of the SSL in the catalog, checkout and admin areas.

When I direct my visitors to the store via a link do I send them to http:// or https://?

    ie:
    <a href="http://www...
    or
    <a herf="https://www.

I am using Internet Explorer 7, should I see a lock icon in the lower right hand corner of the window and a green address bar to indicate that I am using the SSL?

    Thanks

    Default Re: SSL Certificate

You only need to send them to your HTTP address, Zen Cart is smart and switches back and forth as needed.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
