I am using ZenCart version 1.3.7 and would like to change the Term Model in the Catalog and Check-Out to say SKU.
Is this possible to do?

Open you Admin> Tools> Developers Tool kit - enter model in the lower left hand box and choose All Files. The language file that are returned in the search are the ones that need to be edited.
