    Default attribute price change on checkout.

    Hey,


    I have a problem with the prices on products that have attributes.

    When i'm at the shop, all prices are correct (inc VAT)

    All items are correct in the cart, also the price is correct.

    When i login, and want to checkout, all prices change to ex VAT. That is not good. becaus on the bill the ex and inc VAT prices are the same.

    All items are in the tax group. What could be the problem, please help.

    How do you have your Tax Zones configured?

    Are you sure that you have completed the details so that when logged in the right address is being used for calculating the Tax?

    Hey,


    There is just one zone, and that is for belgium. 21%

    The thing is, when i gave a product a price, he calculate perfect the VAT + the price i give it.

    Its just strange, that the shop is showing the ex VAT prices, from the moment a customer logs in.

    on all products are options, so i didn't give any prices on products himself, but i specified all prices in the optionmanager.

    If the Zone for tax is Belgium ...

    And you have logged in as Germany ... there is no tax ...

    Check the settings on the taxes for Display Price with Tax and for the setting:
    Basis of Product Tax
    On what basis is Product Tax calculated. Options are
    Shipping - Based on customers Shipping Address
    Billing Based on customers Billing address
    Store - Based on Store address if Billing/Shipping Zone equals Store zone
    Make sure that you have this set right ...

    Also check that the customer account you are testing with is setup right ...

    Then try to create a brand new account ...
