CSS Flyout Header Problem

I installed the css flyout header from the downloads section. I'm having a bit of a problem with it. As you can see here:

It's scrolling my catagories acrost instead of putting them into one catagories menu...There was a nav bar on the default template before that did this also. I removed that, but is there something over writing the way this drop menu should be set up making this happen??
I'm not really understanding how to customize this .

Ok finaly made some progress. I have the menus set up, but still having problems with the catagory one. For some reason once I add the other menus, the catagories pop out of their menu... .
