    red flag Serious problems with my orders....Urgent help!!

    Hello,

    I have a very serious and urgent problem that needs you guys' help.

    After my customer place a order on my sites, I don't see the new order in "Orders", "Paypal INC". I don't receive an email, telling me somebody has placed an order.

    The only time that I know I have an order coming is the angry customers called me and I found their payments in Paypal website.

    I checked my database. No error message! But what is going on? Please help!

    By the way, the site is www.thesbeauyt.com, www.roseforlove.com and www.loveinrose.com

    Make sure that you have installed the current PayPal Patch at:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216

    and it is best to then uninstall, install and reconfigure the Payment module after you upload the Patch ...

    Hello, Ajeh:

    I followed your thread and downloaded the new module onto my server. Then I placed an order myself just want to have a try.

    The promble is the same: after I placed my order, I didn't see the new order showing on my admin "New Orders". I didn't receive the notify email. Under "my account", I didn't see the new order listed.

    But in my Paypal site, I can see the transaction finished.

    Is somthing wrong with my database?

    hello, Ajeh:

    I turned on Debug on both Paypal IPN and Paypal Express, and then I placed another trial order. the same as above mentioned problem and I didn't receive any email of debug report!

    Then I placed another trial order using "Money/order Check" as the payment. This time after I confirmed with the order, it showed up in the "New Orders" and I received the notify email.

    By the way, the site with new Paypal module is www.loveinrose.com

    Can you get the March 21st PayPal Patch again ...

    Load it to your site ...

    Uninstall and reinstall and reconfigure your Payment module ...

    Then, via FTP go to the directory:
    /includes/templates/classic

    and rename it to:
    /includes/templates/classic_HIDE

    Do NOT go into Template settings or sidebox settings ...

    And see if it works?

    I'd have you just switch to Classic to test this but you are not using the templates and overrides correctly ...

    NOTE: this test may or may not work as we cannot tell what core code you have touched as you are not using the templates and overrides ...

    I did everything you asked. Now if you go to the site www.loveinrose.com, you can see the site is not showing properly. What is the next step?

    Okay ... go back and rename:
    /includes/templates/classic_HIDE

    back to:
    /includes/templates/classic

    This isn't going to work the way you have your site setup to try to trouble shoot if this is a template issue ...

    Next idea is do a clean install into a test directory with a new database of a clean Zen Cart v1.3.7 with the PayPal Patch at:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216

    And without changing any code ...

    Configure your Payment modules and see if it works ...

    If so, then there are files out of date, missing, damaged or otherwise incorrect to work and your site needs to be properly upgraded to v1.3.7 to work right ...
