I have some customers right now that are trying to enter gift messages for items they are ordering. When they get to the first screen to enter a gift message in the comments section of checkout, it enters fine...the next screen they enter their credit card number, etc. the next screen which asks to confirm and place the order, the comments section says "None". So, for some reason the gift message entered on teh first screen is not transferring through the checkout pages.
Can anyone please let me know why this is doing this and how to fix it? I have customers right now trying to order that just called me, so its a pretty urgent issue that I get it fixed asap. Thanks!
