Change "Checkout with Paypal" verbage

I have only PPEC payment method enabled. Whena customer chooses to login and proceed to checkout then they are presented with only one option of "Checkout with Paypal" for payment method on Step 2 of the checkout process. At this point customer does not know that they can use Credit card through Paypal. I want to change the "Checkout with Paypal" verbage to indicate that they can use Paypal or any Credit Card. How do I do this?

I'm not sure that you can. Check paypal's terms of use and see if they mind. you can add instructions on the checkout page. but I've learned that people don't read them.

Maybe the term "Pay with credit card at paypal", would work but would it fit???? ha.

Another idea is to use paypal's button graphic there. The one with the credit cards on it. Hmmm, this is worth looking into.

After you have reviewed the PayPal TOS, you can edit the wording accordingly in the /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypalwpp.php file:
