Pending orders isn't showing.

All other orders work fine but today I got a pending paypal payment and there is no order showing. I have a zen id showing in paypal but this isn't showing anywhere in zencart.

Also, I did a test purchase which was successful but when I go to the checkout success page, Your Order Number is: this is showing as blank.

What version Zen Cart?

Have you installed the current PayPal Patch at:

Hi.

I'm using:

Zen Cart 1.3.7
Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

Do I still need to patch it?

Also, the order is not showing up in the database. I can see the products ordered by other customers before and after but not this pending echeque one. I can however see the customers details. (in phpadmin)

The PayPal Patch is needed for either version of PayPal ...

As it replaces existing files and is such a simple install to copy it to your server, I'd install it ...

Have just updated it. I'm just wondering if it was to do with the order being an echeque? if so I wouldn't mind disabling people from paying this way if that was the case.

I have just received notification of a pending echeque but no order is showing up.

I see that above its recommended to install a patch but I've never installed a patch before so do I have to install each and everyone of them in the thread you link to or just the last one??

Also will this make the missing order appear?

I need to know asap as I dont want to make a fool of myself when I email the customer saying "what did you order?". Not professional!

I found that with the echeques. The order does show up in zencart soon as it clears. seems like you just have to wait.
