how to clone "Contact Us" page and rename?

I'd like to create a new page, linked from the Information Sidebox that is a clone of the Contact Us page (with the e-mail form and everything), to be re-named "Wholesale Inquiries". The functionality of the form can be exactly the same - I'd just need to change the text and the title of the page. How would I go about doing this?

If this question has been answered elsewhere, please do direct me to the proper thread. I know it can't be that difficult. Am just praying that I won't need to touch the database!

Cloning is following a pattern ...

If the contact_us uses in its pattern:
contact_us

You would want to copy all related files and clone it by using the new name:
wholesale_inquires

Doing a search in the Developer's Tool Kit on the word:
contact_us

Would show you all of the files referencing this ...

So now you can start building your pattern of filenames, variables, constants etc. ... of the realted code for a new page ...

For adding new filenames, rather than add to the original file you can make your own file and add it to the:
/includes/extra_datafiles

in a file something like:
wholesale_inquires.php

This will load at the same point as the filenames.php and database_tables.php so you have this in the right spot for the code ...

Adding the define for the filename in there will allow it to work properly just like you see the contact_us in the filenames.php
