problem with paypal express checkout

I attempt to checkout with Paypal express (the only option i give folks) to test the functionality of my zencart, and when i chick the checkout with paypal button it hangs for about 45 seconds and then firefox asks me what i want to do with the file (named ipn_main_handler-2.php). I get the option to open it with text editor or save it to disk. When i open it, it is totally blank. Whats the deal? http://www.rda-enterprises.com

Have you installed the latest PayPal patch?

I installed the latest patch from May and now I am still getting these error messages when i attempt to login in on the home page. I am running MYSQL 4.1. Regular paypal works fine.
