What will I Need

I have a customer who wants me to customize his cart with the following things

Upload products from a spreadsheet
Searchable items by title, category, description
No right-click on his images so they cannot be saved, or images watermarked
Display search results without images

My question is, what mods would be the best for this

1: EasyPopulate - free & paid versions available from developer Langer.
2: don't use zc search so can't comment.
3: "right click disable" is easily bypassed & really useless except as annoyance; switch in admin for watermarking (creates actual watermarked images).
4: altering search listing to eliminate images should be simple recoding, probably even achievable w/ css alone.
