Quick Question

Ive read all the threads regarding changing lb to kg. Basically I am using the parcelforce shipping module (which is great :)) and it uses kg to work out rates for wieght. If i change lb to kg using the threads on here in the english.php file will the pf module still see the figures as lb's and change it into kg or will the units actually then be kg? Just want to know if the threads in changing the measurement is just cosmetic or not.

Calculations are all made with the number not the unit label. The pounds, kilos whatever is strictly cosmetic for the displays.
