If it's yellow, take a look at the zone settings for the module. Have you set it to only run in certain zones?

nope zone setting are "none" kinda weird ...

No, but I test on a vanilla installation. There might be an interaction with another mod (someone mentioned it doesn't play well with COWA).

Good point... could be the Google Checkout mod I will poke around with a few of the mods and reply back if I find an issue
btw no COWA installed on this one...

Any updates or cures for our problem after the 1.38 upgrade, as I am still unable to locate a conflict? SW?

I suspect what's happening is that you don't have SSL turned on. SSL is a requirement for running this module.

Problem corrected.... even though SSL was turned on the mod did not work for me after the 1.38 upgrade. After Scott's comment I turned off the SSL then re-installed the installment mod then turned SSL back on and all works perfectly.
(Go figure)

SW makes some great modules I believe this was in no way connected to the mod but a "glitch" in my upgrade .

I am having the same problem as helpme is having... upgrade to 1.38 and the Installment mod no longer shows at checkout what are we missing .... I am sure it is somthing simple as SW says it does work with 1.38


also the istallment "indicator" light at the module setup in admin is yellow and not green or red when installed

I am having the same problem. both configure.php have all SSL values set to 'true". For some reason I cannot edit them to false. Any suggestions/

HTKILL you need to change the permissions on the config.php file to 777 then after you alter the file .... change permissions back to 444 or what they were prior to the alterations. otherwise your config.php will not "really change" when you try to save it bacvk to your server..

I tried the above and still yellow pending in payment modules.

What am I doing wrong???

I just realized something:

I am not open for business yet, so I have not setup a credit card gateway. Could this be why the payment module is stuck in pending?
