Yes, I already tried it and discontinued. It only allows fixed percentage rates for all products. But I need various percentage rates. For that reason the function explained in the Attributes Controller seemed to me to be the best.

20 Ways to Increase Sales Using Zen Cart
Zen Cart contribs: Simple Google Analytics, Export Shipping Information
I am trying to figure out how to apply discounts to certain products and to only certain customers. example:
customer A pays $5 for product A and $1 for product B.
customer B pays $4 for product A and $1 for product B.
Please help, very important to the sales reps!
Okay, to take this one question further....if I have multiple products that I want to price like this, do I have to enter the prices one product by one product or is there somewhere I can enter the prices for all? Thanks again!

I have spent several hours of valuable time searching and I just can't find it:
Can someone please tell me plain and simple, how do you use the Attributes Qty Price Discount Field?
What is the syntax? (Ajeh, beloved Zen Superstar, maybe in 1.4 you can add a parenthesis below the text and above the box that shows the syntax?)
I have a single product and price is based on quantity.
1-4 $35 ea
5-9 $25 ea
10-19 $20 ea
20-49 $12.50 ea
50-99 $7.50 ea
100+ $5.00 ea
Thank you! Thank you! in advance!!!
If you're using the ratios in the attributes box, you can copy attributes to other products in the Attributes controller so you don't have to enter it over and over in each product...
And for the example above I ended up using the Qty Discount controller in the Products Price Manager and I had to enter it for each product. I didn't find any way to copy them to other products and still don't see a way... maybe someone can shed some light on whether it can be done or not.
this "mixed attributes" that you're talking about... where is it? what is it?
I'm sure the mod is cool, but the built in quantity pricing worked fine for my needs ;)
Hey everyone, I've been trying to get the price by quantity feature to take into account the entire product as a whole, not just individual attributes. Here is my current setup:
Price guide on quanties:
order 1-19 @ £2.00 each
order 20-49 @ £1.90 each
order 50+ @ £1.80 each
But the price only applies to the specified range per attribute, not the total quantity of this product. i.e.
I order 19 Green products and I get charged 2.00 each. But when I add 19 more Blue products I get charged 1.90 each (but only for the Blue). Shouldn't the Green be only 1.90 as well, since they are both the same product, or am I missing a setting? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
JW
