Help Please With Set Up

I'm trying to get rid of the message Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution.

I have been reading the tutorials and messages for the past 3 hours but I am no further forward. I do already use Zen Cart on another site but this was the previous version which I managed to get sorted.

I have read about using FTP But is there any way at all that this message can be deleted without using FTP?

I have just downloaded Filezilla but to be honest I really don't understand how it works. I have set up my host, user name and password and I have got a message on that says Directory listing successful but I still can't access the Index.php file.

Could someone help please, I'm getting desperate.

Does your host offer you a cpanel?

www.your_website.com/cpanel

1. you will have a user name and password
2. click: File Manager
3. here you will see the file structure of zen cart
4. you will notice an edit button on top of the table to edit the .php files

Thank you so much. When I first went in earlier the edit button wasn't highlighted but it is now.

It's all sorted and the message has gone.
