Pricing randomly changing with dual pricing

I have a website setup with dual pricing module on it. Everything was working fine until I went and changed to a different server. Now when me or someone else goes into change something on a product (e.g the amount in stock or the image) it removes any number after the decimal point off of the wholesale price (for example an item that costs 4.75 will suddenly cost 4.00). Any one have any idea why this is happening and how I might be able to fix it.
