Khopek,
Did you rename the "admin" folder? Then you would need to update your shop/includes/configure.php and shop/admin/includes/configure.php files. Maybe a good idea to look at these files for a start.
Good Luck,

well the last thing i did was replace my favicon via my ftp program. I haven't done anything since, but it just keeps telling me i have the wrong username or password when i try to log in to admin.
I'm having the exact same issue. I checked the FAQ's and tried the one from this article:
https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=2
But when I did I got this error message in MySQL:
Now...this is a pre-install (auto install) from my host. It was on their server. All I had to do was click "Install Zencart" from a button in my admin panel and it installed. It was working fine the other night with no probs.SQL query:
DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin'
MySQL said: Documentation
#1146 - Table 'U7009361.admin' doesn't exist
nothing? I've tried resending the passwords, but the password I receive in email doesn't work either.
Seems like md5 doesnt works on your host
Just a small hint, I might be wrong
Can you checkup with this?

In love with Zen Cart!!
I have this store running already on this server in another location, and again on another website on this same host. It's just this newest version of Zencart that seems to be kicking my ########
I haven't tried this yet, but I can't get in AT ALL. I have tried resending the password 3 times and everytime I just get a message saying invaild username or password. My website was working perfectly until a week ago when it suddenly decided not to let me log in.
Perhaps you can go into your MySQL database, and look at your username/password.
Time is but an illusion, there is only "now"!
There's a lot of help on these boards, but everyone seems to think that each person on here knows how to work with databases :) I figured this out the other night on my own...I'm by no means a MySQL guru, but this worked.
First log into your host and do whatever you need to get to phpMyadmin.
Once you're in there, click on the "zen_admin" in the left column
This opens up that table within the database. You should now see some values there in the right column.
Click and put a checkmark next to admin_pass and then go to the top and click on the Browse tab
Now you'll see the admin name, id, email and an encrypted password.
Click on the pencil to the left of these
Now these fields are open for you to redo. I didn't really have any luck changing my admin name, but the email and pass worked fine.
To change the password...simply erase and change that long encrypted password and then go to the immediate left to that drop down field that says Function. Scroll down and choose MD5, then click on the "Go" button at the bottom.
And you've just changed your admin password. Try to log in like that and see if it works.
