urgent! total amount transfer to Paypal Express does not include coupon discount

Price: $0.79 + tax=$0.86

2. Apply a 10% off coupon "10PTNEWCLIENT"
price become: $0.77
(this item for test, free shipping)

3. pay by paypal, on the top right paypal say: $0.86, why?

4. confirm the payment and final it become $0.77 again, wierd!!!!!

Are you trying to set the Discount Coupon up for both a 10% discount and Free Shipping?

At this time, Discount Coupons can be for one one select:

1 Amount Off

2 Percentage Off

3 Free Shipping

there is a ot $100 but should not work
I set the item with free shipping so i don't need to pay shipping during testing...even i can refund...

the total before zen-cart send to paypal is correct, however, the total show on paypal is amount without coupon deduction...

after confirm paypal payment, it does deduct the correct total. wierd!

Is this a clean install or an upgrade?

How did you install? How did you upgrade?

If you switch to the Classic Template does everything work?

Not sure why but I used PayPal Express and it processed as CC ...

If this is v1.3.7 ... do you have the latest patch loaded?

ok, I did find the order but payment isn't in my account...I have same problem before when show as a cc order...your money wil be back in a few days and my paypal won't have any records...

zen-cart show a cc order...which i tested before..it will complete the payment but no money receive...

unless show as paypalWPP - this works

I used 1.3.7 version. but the last product list page was merged with product page..

I think your site has errors ... it is not managing the modules correctly on checkout ...

Either your template is off or you do not have the current PayPal Update installed correctly ...

But I am seeing some issue with your PayPal button going to login rather than PayPal from the shopping cart ...

Somewhere you have files that are not setup correctly and I suspect it is your template or you have out of date files ...
