Customer Login and Admin Login not working

I cannot log into my admin or my customer login. I can't add anything to my cart either. Can anyone help? Please!

I do not see a problem what happens when you try to login?

the page loads like normal, but i'm not logged in. In the admin it just loops back to the login screen and in the customer login, it acts like it logs you on but nothing happens. I can't add anything to my cart either.

has any of the template files been hard coded? Wont even allow me to add items to the cart.

Seems to be some code missing or the files are edited wrong.

if you still have the classic template installed turn it on see if it works properly.

As for the admin no way to find out since cannot login, but as for the customer side it is not working properly.
