All Products Display to Category Display

Does anyone know how I can make my category areas display like the All Products display, with the separator line, quantity tab, text position, etc. Is this all done in CSS, or is there admin control for this.

If you visit the site go to any category, then go to All Products from the cart homepage, and you will see the contrast.

Yeah, in fact I saw both of those, but there wasn't much info...

I was hoping for a little more detail on this. Without running the risk of losing admin control. Hope to see this in an upcoming update, the All Products, and, New Products display so very nicely.
