Removed all boxes to the left and now want to extend main page over.

I decided to switch all the sideboxes to the left because I wanted more space in the center but when I moved it, the main content does not extend over. How do I go about extending the center contents over where the right side boxes use to be? Everything in the center seems to be 428 px but when I searched in my style sheet I can't find anything. Thanks!

Admin>Configuration>Layout Settings

Set both the Column Width - Right Boxes and Column Width to "0".

Better than that, set Column Right Status - Global to 0. That deletes the column rather than just shrinking it to invisible.

I know there are a lot of admin switches whose names don't fully describe what they do.
