What page appears just before you get the blank page ?
What are you using for GoDaddy proxy address ?
You might try checking the proxy address using this post as a guide:

I have tried both of them.
In your Zen Cart admin, edit your Linkpoint payment module settings (click the Edit button)
While in edit mode, on the URL, add &debug=on and press Enter.
Check at the bottom of the edit settings and note the Debug section. Set it to log to file.
Test a linkpoint transaction.
Check the /cache folder for logs. The logs should hopefully contain some ideas about what may or may not be coming back from the proxy server from linkpoint.

I tried that and get no error logs. But still get a blank page.
Does GoDaddy give you access to your domain errorlog ?
That will normally report if there's a PHP error or other server-side error causing the blank page.
If you test with a different payment module, perhaps Check/MoneyOrder, do you still get the blank page ?
