Default Apache 2 : potential problems?

I was just informed by my provider that they plan on upgrading to Apache 2 soon. Will this affect my site? I'm using 1.3.5 right now and just had to use a patch to fix the upgrade to PHP 5.2, so I wasn't sure if something similar was going to happen with the Apache upgrade.

I'm not aware of any problems specific to Apache 2.

You might want to see whether they're also changing your mySQL version at the same time.
