    Default We are currently unable to process your card. Please try again(DPS-NewZealand module)

    Hi .... final Confirm button after entering visa numbers and getting to Step 2 / 3 --- returns to step 1 showing the title:

    "We are currently unable to process your card. Please try again."

    I have recently updated my custom css, header.php and footer.php

    mainly css -----

    all other areas are fine that I know of.

    Any suggestions???

    Try the test cc number that is available in the admin something like 41111111111>

    which cc module are you using,
    if using LP or authnet make sure that you have cURL installed and linkpoint needs to have port 1129 open

    irrrr feel like such an egg! Thanks for your replies (not on that module mine= (DPS) nz and the test 41111111111111 didn't work)

    Now I am in trouble, I daftly thought I would upload my whole includes folder and just stuffed everything up.... any suggestions?? (also tried this with an older backup of includes) Thanks

    Ok ignore last post I fixed easily with this thread :

    But as for first problem I still cannot confirm an order / nobody can buy anything.

    mmmmmm just noticed my Padlock is not on for ssl....?? Could this be an issue?? I looked in the cofigure.php file and noticed this also...

    define('ENABLE_SSL', 'false');

    should be true right??

    Ok so the line of text that is my Thread heading lies in my payment module. Any tips on why a message like this throws up, while most things seem to work?

    I'm kind of a rookie but since I'm up, let me see if there's anything I can spot.

    Which config.php file were you looking at? Wait! I'm looking it up. Okay,
    includes/configure.php & admin/includes/configure.php

    Oh, do you have your own certificate or is it shared?
