Problem with paypal express checkout

Hi,

I am trying to configure paypal express checkout as if i don't i will lose my right to reduced fees.

I get the following error: We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account in this store is presently misconfigured to use mixed sandbox and live settings. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)

when trying to use it from the shop front.

I persume it is because i have not added the : API Signature -- Signature Code

but where do i find this 56 code signature in paypal as i cant find it in api access.

If anyone can shed some light on this matter i would be grateful.

Ok i found the signature bit and have added it but still egt the follwoing error:

Error 10002 means "authentication error".

This can be caused by several things, including but not limited to:
- wrong API signature details entered
- spaces left on the end of API details when pasting
- use of a sandbox signature key when trying to do live transactions

Also, have you applied the latest Express Checkout patch ?

Hi,

You were right the pastings must have had a space in as it now takes me to paypal however when i click on the pay now button on paypal i am returned to the store with this error : We were not able to process your order. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (Shipping Address Country Empty)

Not really sure what that means as it does have the country address in.
