Ultimate SEO

I have been reading the various contributions on Ultimate SEO but am struggling to find out much information about how it works.

What I want to know is whether people believe (I know I will not get a concrete answer to this) installling and using Ulitmate SEO does positively impact on SERPs.

Further to this how simple or otherwise is it to have Ultimate SEO installed. Is it just as easy to add new products/delete new products etc. Does is actually change the way zencart is administered at all?

If anyone can point me in the direction of some documentation for this mod that would be very helpful.

Better seo's are very helpful to you. basically it takes you site from only having one page that the search engines see w/ a bout a 1000 options of how to load it, the see about a 1000 separate pages. it's easier for them to find things and classify the pages. they also give you one more spot to put you key words.
All the SEO programs for ZC are easy to install provided that you read the documentation, and your web server is up to the task.
