I offer a free download demo at my site which I want to make someone check the box saying they have read and agree to the terms of use before being allowed to download the file. I do NOT want them to have to log in or create an account, just a simple checkbox below a scrollable box with the terms and conditions in it, and they either check it and agree or do not and nothing happens. I would appreciate assistance in this matter from you guru types. THanks in advance..
