People paying with Paypal don't have any order. The problem seems intermittent as we have some but not all orders going through.

Please forgive me if this has been asked... but we have 2 stores with PayPal as a payment method...both using the same paypal account.
If I patch the paypal with the june 17th patch on our main store (which I am currently preparing to do) and enable PDT on the paypal account, I am assuming that the smaller store which is 1.2.whatever.d will throw up and have difficulty.
Am I thinking correctly?
