Orders Not Showing up in Admin and no confirmations sent..

Hi Im having a weird problem all of the sudden, I run a digital art shop and orders paid through paypal are not showing up in my admin and no confirmation emails are being sent, so my paying customers cant get their downloads. I have not changed anything and everything was absolutely fine 5 hours ago. Orders that are with the free charge card are going through just fine. I have checked my email account and it doesnt appear to be the issue, my host sent me a test message and it came. I also get the free charge card confirmations just fine too. Im running 1.3.6. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am also having the same problem! I can receive orders that are paid with check but not paypal. I have installed the latest paypal patch and still nothing. I was using Ult. SEO, so I unistalled that and still nothing. Can anyone help?

I also had the same thing happen to one of my customers who i built a site for using PayPay IPN for payments. 2 orders on June 27th, '07 and one today on the 29th. My client gets a notice from paypal that the money has been paid, but no record of an order in the admin panel. I made a fake item that cost $0.01 and made a transaction and everything went through fine just a few minutes ago. Also went through fine with a no charge item. PayPal problem maybe?

I am also having this problem as well as paypal adding an additional $10.00 for shipping and handling. This is after customers are already charged for shipping when they confirm the order on my site. Any ideas?

Duh...I just remembered that about a year ago I did some ebay stuff and set an additional charge for certain priced items (in Paypal). Don't I feel like an idiot. That still doesn't fix my other problem with orders not showing up in admin though, so I could still use the help there. Thanks

Here's what I found searching the forums and it seemed to fix the problem:

download this patch if running v1.3.7 of Zen Cart:

updates the paypal payment module

then download this admin tool to view paypal sessions (*will show all paypal sessions whether or not the customer actually checked out or not so be careful):

hope this helps. keep searching the forums for paypal, that's how i solved my problem.
