It just says, "waiting to connect", at the bottom of the browser, and then it just goes to a blank page. I set everything up in my account correctly as far as I know, API signature, username, password, etc..

Make sure that you have added the latest PayPal Patch for v1.3.7 located at:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216
Be sure to read all instructions carefully ...

I downloaded the latest patch, followed directions uploaded those files to the specific folders, and still same thing. It just keeps saying, "waiting", or "loading", and doesn't connect to paypal's site. Eventually goes to a blank page. Do you think it's since I haven't deleted my zc installation folder and haven't changed the security permission to read only?
does express require an ssl connection?
