admin user with restricted access

Is it possible to create an Admin User, but with restricted menu access? - Say just sufficient access so as to process orders, but not have the means (by accident or otherwise) to alter any of the config settings etc.

I wonder is there any compatible issues with newest Zen Cart as it if for version v. 1.3.6?
