Can't sign up???

Hi,
I have a weird problem. every time a customer tries to sign up it would say please select the country from the drop down list. it keeps saying this message even when he selects one. Any ideas what i could be causing it not to accept the selection.

What version of Zen Cart are you using? Was it an upgrade or clean install?

It was updated to the 1.3.7. It was working fine. Then i made a copy of it and made its own database. everything is clone of the working version that is running. the original one is working fine. Just this one its somehow not able to take the country that is being selected. The only thing that i did to this one was removed one of the modds (DesignerMonthlyBoxes). I hope that helps out

I am having the same problem! It's so annoying! I have a brand new install of zen cart 1.3.7 though ... somebody help

Please post your includes/configure.php without your Passwords.

Okay, I found a fix on this thread: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49121

And it worked for me ... here it is:

I replaced these files from my custom template with the files from my template_default.

tpl_modules_address_book_details.php
tpl_modules_checkout_address_book.php
tpl_modules_create_account.php
tpl_modules_checkout_new_address.php

Worked like a charm. ... so far that is ...

If you have not modified any of those files then you should just delete them from your custom template as they are not needed.
