How to show price Excluding tax?

How to show price Excluding tax? I have checked Display Prices with Tax in Admin false and they still show including tax. What am I doing wrong?

Check your product description to ensure that "Products Price (Net):" is the pre-tax price. "Products Price (Gross):" should auto complete.

Also check that "Admin > Configuration > Sales Tax Display Status" is set to 0

Sales tax display is set to 0.
I choose the tax which is 6%
I put the Products Price (Net):$74.99
the program adds Products Price (Gross): $79.4894
and it is the gross price that shows on product page.

I have those settings: under Configuration / My Store:

Display Prices with Tax false
Display Prices with Tax in Admin false
Basis of Product Tax Shipping
Basis of Shipping Tax Shipping
Sales Tax Display Status 0

hmmm....

no clue then, thats how mine is setup and everything works fine, although my basis of product tax is set to store but that shouldn't affect it

Here is a hint:
I changed Display Prices with Tax to true
and the price increased again.
Does this help on understanding what is wrong?

I even took the Tax off and then I price the product $100
It show up on product page $111.13

How many tax rates do you have defined? Do the zones overlap?

Is its value set to 1.00?

What is your default language?
