Why my price of the product increases from $100 to $111.13?

I price the product $100 and not tax. I even have turned the show product with tax to false. and on the product page the price of the product shows $111.13.
What is going on?

Who is the default?

Is its value set to 1.00?

What is your default language?

Thank you. That was the problem. The currency was set to 1.11.....
I changed it to 1.0 and it works.
