I am getting very frustrated with this mod, I have installed and reinstalled it, the files are in the proper folders on my server. Its works beautifully, EXCEPT after clicking the button to close the larger image my visitors are redirected back to the main page of the store. So they are no longer on the product page, and have to navigate back to where they were before.

Any help anyone can offer short of not using this mod would be appreciated. I love the way this looks and don't want to uninstall it.

I would like to know why hoverbox2 does not work with the images for document products or document general.
Is it too sofisticated to handle images for documents or is it me that cannot get it to work?
Does any one have an answer?

Hi, Franco. There's nothing wrong with HoverBox2.
Let's do a few check here:
1) Did you try out using Product-General for Product Type to test your Image?
2) Did you turn on your image from Admin>Configuration>Images for "Image Shopping Cart Status"
3) Make sure you have your HoverBox2 turn on at Admin>Configuration>HoverBox2

I would suggest you leave your website here to have a better troubleshoot on your issue.

There is nothing wrong with Hoverbox 2, it works fine with Product General it just does not work with Document Product and Document General for the large image.
It disables the normal popup image too infact the large image goes into a new explorer window. http://www.mkstay.co.uk/index.php?ma...h=1_7_11_15_19
I want to use this site mostly for Document General but I do not want to disable the cart completely from Product Type to have the large image popup with Hoverbox.

I notice you have both zenlightbox and image handler installed also. I would suggest you to only have either zenlightbox or HoverBox2 installed for your zen.

If you need HoverBox2,

Try this:
Make sure you have the following HoverBox2 files in the following folders
"template_default" folder
includes/templates/template_default/css/stylesheet_icimghover.css

"document_product_info" folder
includes/modules/pages/document_product_info/jscript_iceffects.js
includes/modules/pages/document_product_info/jscript_icmain.js

I never installed zenlightbox as a separate mod is it some thing that comes with zen cart install? I do not see what zenlightbox does.

No, zenlightbox does not come with the initial zen setup. zenlightbox works similar as HoverBox2 and the good thing for zenlightbox is now compactible with Image Handler. And zenlightbox is working great and now come with admin control settings just like HoverBox2.
I'm looking forward what would be the new version for HoverBox2.
