Paypal Express giving this error code - need help bad.

Hi,

I run Zen Cart ver 1.3.7

My Paypal IPN works fine.

When I try and pay with Paypal Express I can log into my the paypal account, but when I press review for my order, I receive a white page with this error:

Please help me crack the above code. I searched the forum, but was not able to find anything that matched this....

Apply the PayPal patch, or upgrade to v1.3.7.1.
