Shipping module required

Hi

I need a module that can be setup with the following.

Minimum delivery cost £12 upto 25kg. Every kg over that at £?.?? per kg upto 15,000 KG.

I have looked at the tables shipping module, but entering the data would be a nightmare.

Does anyone know of a contribution that could do this.

You could clone Per Item Rate item.php and change that to use weight vs product count ...

It would take a little coding to convert it but it could be done to work in this manner ...
