Allowing Customers to view certain categories?

Hello,

Is there a way to allow certain customers to view specific categories?

Ex.

Set up category in admin for acme company with only their products

Joe from acme logs in and is able to view and order from acme company products and still shop the rest of the store

Normal user logs in but wont be able to view or order from acme company

--

Is it possible to by customer or group?

S_mack built a mod (Hide Categories) to allow his company to show custom products to certain customers.

Thanks :-) It might come in handy if I cant find a solution.. Just the customers are very private and confidential. Ill have to check it out thoroughly!
